Arrow Academy successfully concluded a specialized training course titled “AI in Telecom Networks,” delivered in two batches for 20 staff members from Jordan’s Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC). The program aimed to develop participants’ ability to use artificial intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and support the Commission’s regulatory role.
Led by specialist trainers from the Academy, the course combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on exercises and real-world telecommunications cases. Participants explored practical applications of AI in information analysis, report preparation and decision support.
